Terms + Conditions
Most orders generally ship within 3-5 business days when items are in stock. All products made to order please expect 3-4 weeks for delivery. We use FedEx for all shipments. When your items have shipped, you will receive an email from FedEx with tracking information and shipping status. Please note, all merchandise is manufactured overseas and the expected delivery dates on made to order items are subject to change. If goods are held in customs, these dates can extend. We will notify you of expected ship date.
A signature is required upon delivery. FedEx will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. Homelosophy is not responsible for additional shipping fees if you do not pick up your package. Please note, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an estimate. We issue custom FedEx international shipping quotes based on your location and the actual product in the order. The standard FedEx rates on this site apply to shipping within the US only. Homelosophy cannot predict and are not responsible for any taxes or duties that the country we are shipping to might place on the shipment. The receiver of the shipment is responsible for these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and in the original condition. In turn we would never send out used goods to you. When you purchase from Homelosophy we guarantee that you'll get a brand new product. You will be the first owner of a brand new throw, pillow, blanket or knit pouf, etc.
We are not able to directly exchange goods so if you decide you would like a different product you will need to return or cancel your order and place a new one. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, please email us immediately as we will need to authorise the return. Your return must be dispatched within seven working days from receiving the delivery. Return requests will not be accepted outside of this period or without the supplied return address label. Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will process a refund for the goods. If the return is dispatched after seven working days we will issue a store credit only at our discretion. If you send back used goods they will be sent back to you at your expense. Shipping costs and import fees are not refundable. Please note that returns from outside the US that are shipped duty unpaid will be refused until any associated fees are paid by the sender.
Do I have to pay sales taxes?
All applicable sales taxes will be applied to orders with in Florida State - US. State laws require sales tax to be collected according to the address where the merchandise is shipped.
Do I have to pay duties or import fees?
Due to the international nature of our business all the prices on this website are displayed without tax. Import fees vary from country to country, so please contact your customs office for further details. Orders shipped with FedEx are insured and FedEx is a reliable service and has detailed tracking. Any unclaimed or undeliverable packages will not be refunded. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with FedEx in the first instance.
About our products
(1)Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. (2) Furthermore please note that our products are made of natural material, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these flaws, but rather an indication of our product uniqueness. Some corresponding inequalities of material and color are possible and are not to be deemed as defects. We reserve the right to change details on products or photos of products without prior notice.
(1) It is up to the customer to control the products either upon delivery and to notify us within 5 working days from delivery. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your rights. (2) We cannot be held liable for damage caused to personal property whilst using our products. (3) All Homelosophy products are made with selected premium materials and care. In the unlikely event of imperfections in workmanship (we are only human) within six months from the date of purchase we will take the full responsibility and will either pay for the repair or repair your item in house. Shipping charges outside the US have to be paid by the customer. We hope all our products will age beautifully over time once they leave us but should you experience any problems with a purchase please do contact us and we will do our best to help.
