Color of our products
We do our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the website. The actual colours you see will depend on your screen so we can't guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Do you make custom sizes?

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship Homelosophy products all over the world to most destinations with FedEx & UPS. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that we'll do our best to get the products to you as quick as we can. It takes just a few days to deliver your order, wherever you are, however we don't like to guarantee exact delivery times due to unexpected delays that could occur with customs etc.
How can I pay my order?
Prices on our website are currently charged in US dollars. We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through PayPal. You can also pay with your PayPal account but you don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.
I have just placed my order, what happens next?
We will start processing your order immediately. As long as the products are in stock, they will be packed up carefully within 3-5 working days and sent off. Once we have received your order it's not possible to change or cancel it. If you have made a mistake with your shipping address it's not always possible to change it in time but please contact us immediately to see what we can do.
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has shipped, we'll email you the FedEx tracking number.
Do I have to pay tax or import fees?
If your delivery address is within the US taxes are already included in your total price. Product prices for all other destinations may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your customs office for further details.
When do you ship?
The lead time for each item is displayed on the product page under an orange note. Most of our items ship in 3-5 days. In an effort to provide the best service possible, we ship items as soon as they are available (no extra shipping charges to you). As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
When will my order arrive?
After your order ships, transit time depends on the destination. Within the continental United States, standard shipping times vary from 1-6 business days.
What is the return policy?
If you would like to return your order please email us. We can only accept your return if the products are absolutely unused and in the original condition. In turn we would never send out used products to you. When you purchase from Homelosophy we guarantee that you'll get a brand new product.
